Passing on double yellow, not just myself but several cars after me who were all doing the speed limit, then proceeding to be Swerving behind cars trying to get them to move… only to pull into a neighborhood and then proceed to exceed excessive speed in a residential neighborhood to a driveway.

I was walking with my little sister home, in the parking lot there is a pedestrian line which I always walk on because I know I have the right to???? This lady in her truck honks at me from the back and gets upset at me for walking so I turn back and look at her to show her that I AM walking on a legal line where I have the right to. She had no good reason to be honking at me when I’m walking on that line… She then took the turn in a fast pace.

While driving, this vehicle engaged in aggressive and dangerous behavior that put my safety at risk. The driver repeatedly swerved into my lane as if attempting to force me off the road, then moved back and forth between lanes without signaling. At multiples points, the driver abruptly stopped right in front of my vehicle. The driver never exited the car but made repeated gestures with their hands and middle fingers up. They extended one hand out the driver’s side window and through the sunroof while continuing to drive with out hands on the steering wheel. This behavior was threatening, reckless, and could have caused a serious accident.

Hence, they follow me in their cars to harass me by stopping extremely close at the intersection and tailgating or doing reckless things.
Story was because the guy who his family lost the bid on the property that we also bid, after lost, they hold the grudge and gang up with their friends, telling lie stories that I vandalized their car when they parked on my site of street, I a hater who chase those cars that modified and loud exhaust system when I see them, I am a snitchers report their subs up and modified vehicles to locale police, therefore they harassed me, everytime when they see me on driving

Silver Toyota Camry pretending to make left turn with left turn signal activated on green light at busy two-lane intersection with pedestrians in Downtown Palo Alto, CA. Vehicle from behind Camry has enough room to safely go around Camry and goes straight, but Camry abruptly goes straight instead without warning, with left turn signal still activated, and blocks vehicle from behind, almost causing rear-end crash at the intersection. The vehicle from behind had to slam on the brakes abruptly due to the Silver Toyota Camry’s reckless driving. After passing through the intersection, Camry suddenly stops in the lane for several seconds and blocks traffic from behind. Then Camry driver stops near the side of the road and is seen laughing hysterically to himself. The road is not for reckless driving, it is not for pranks and jokes, and it is not to entertain oneself.
