During traffic hours one lane going forward and the white Honda comes barreling from behind in the left turn lane and cuts everyone off

Young woman in a Green Chevy Blazer was weaving in and out of traffic, caused people to slam on brakes, including a semi-truck and one khaki colored SUV to fishtail to avoid them. They cut off 4 different vehicles within a 1/2 mile span, before exiting at exit 14. They turned off at Tolman Creek Rd by Les Scwab and Bimart, which was the last time I saw their vehicle.

Drove 4 blocks cross the median line. Drove 10 miles under at times at changing speed sporadically. Might be using a phone. Finished it up cutting off a semi.

This reckless driver was tailgating behind the car on the lane to my right after they exited from the freeway. Then, she swiftly started merging into my lane but almost collided with my vehicle, so I slammed on my horn. She sped up to get in front of me. The whole time before and after she changed lanes, she forgot to turn off the right blinker (which I circled) even though she merged into the left lane (my lane). The right blinker was still left on after I merged to get past her. Looking closely at the license plate, it seems she didn’t renew her car registration according to the sticker, as we’re in 2024. The license plate says “BE HAPPY,” which was hypocritical for her driving maneuver.
The driver was a Hispanic woman who appeared to be in her 20’s or 30’s. She even had some passengers with her.

Windows were tinted, so i could not see the driver they tailgated us from behind, then they went to fast lane and they were driving fast tailgated some other car in fast lane and cut off our car, as they went from the fast lane and went into our middle lane, cutting off to the point were their car barely fit in between and almost hit us…jumped to our lane, then swirved into slow lane and continuously cut off other cars, swirving in between traffic…very unsafe. Took a picture after they already cut us off.

Was driving down Rte 173 in Antioch. The truck pulled out in front of me. An purposely drove under the speed limit. Just to be a jerk and there was a line of car behind. Who were tailgating me because of this guy. But the area he pulled out of is by a bar so I’m not sure if he was drunk or just a jerk. But either way he almost caused an accident by doing what he did. That how close I was when he did this to me.
