Guy with a beard, mustache, and medium-length hair near his shoulders. Wearing a grey shirt, grey pants, and a blue and white flannel shirt over the grey one. Driver was distracted with his phone while waiting at a light, and when the arrow turned green, he got upset after the driver behind him honked once after a few seconds of the light turning green and proceeded to brake check him after moving forward a little bit. The driver then went around him and into a parking lot, where this person followed and eventually confronted him aggressively before driving away.

Dark blue Chevy Malibu kept tailgating and cutting people off. After she cut me off she saw that I was behind her and just kept stopping in the middle of the street, not letting anyone get around her. Her car is so scratched and dented up that I take it she does this a lot.

This driver sped up next to me in the fast lane of the highway and slowed down within a cars length of the vehicle in front of her. Then she swerved into my lane without using a blinker while I was still adjacent to her, so I slammed on my brakes, causing her to miss me by about a foot (while going ~50 mph). She continued to weave in and out of the fast lane without a blinker. I eventually wound up next to her, turns out she was talking on the phone – distracted, aggressive, and dumb driving. Turns out we took the same exit and I saw her continue to cut people off with no blinker.

Drove 4 blocks cross the median line. Drove 10 miles under at times at changing speed sporadically. Might be using a phone. Finished it up cutting off a semi.

Passed me on shoulder even though I was going slightly above speed limit, proceeded to break check me, then weave back in forth in lane and then continued to pass a large maintenance van on a double yellow/blind curve

Driver was clearly distracted by something,
maybe a cell phone . Driver couldn’t drive straight. He kept swerving off the road and then swerving into the on coming traffic lane.
