Event & Driver Description (no doxing please): The driver had a tiny child in the front passenger seat whose head barely peeked up over the dashboard. They AGGRESSIVELY tailgated me down Idlewild Road. I was going at a VERY reasonable speed considering traffic here is habitually 10-15 over posted speed limits. When the second lane opened and I moved aside, they blew past me going 65+ in a 35. They later ran a stop sign too.
