Driver was on phone,speeding in & out of lanes. Ran other cars into other lanes

Driver honked incessantly was yelling then sped up to block my passage, parked his car and got out to yell at me. He obviously didn’t understand I had a turn from the 4 way stop after other vehicles passed and turned into my correct lane. He was in the left lane which doesn’t access the residence lane and therefore made a wrong decision and wanted to blame me on his incompetence and safety issues. He drove a $200,000 car poorly.
