Driver for no reason was tailgating real close and would drive on to lanes on the highway. Kept cutting me off to the point of almost crashing into me and would slow down when In front of me way under speed limit. Then when on the side of me, he would just point in laugh. He did all of this for no reason and made me real nervous that he would cause and accident.

When traffic stopped in front of them, the driver opened his door and started yelling at the driver behind him, eventually making threats before speeding off. Absolutely psychotic driver. Weaving in and out of heavy traffic at nearly 100mph, tailgating and almost ramming multiple cars, was cutting people off so aggressively that their trunk was slanting when they were swerving. Contacted the police.
