Driver was tailing me upon a slower freeway on-ramp. Used windshield wippers to see if they would back off but tailing continued. Once past the ramp they cut me off, and proceeded to block me on the two lane freeway by swerving and spraying the windshield wipers.

I was doing going on an errand at Sam’s Club Pearl City. As I was about to park in my parking stall, a silver Honda Civic (Hawaii registration TJU759) decided to cut in front of me, drive slow, then park at the parking spot that I reserved. The two occupants in the vehicle didn’t go to Sam’s Club; why didn’t they just park at the upper level of the parking garage? Why park near Sam’s Club when you aren’t going there??? The driver is Lincoln Shibao who is employed at AT&T.

This individual drives children to school and works for both Uber and Lyft. It is difficult to report them to either company, but they are always aggressive and reckless in a school parking lot, which is where this takes place. They hit their horn and cut in front of my vehicle so quickly that I had to slam on my brakes, and I was also transporting a child. They then proceeded to cut in front of the driver that was in front of me in line, and sped to the front to drop their child off. Again, this is not the first time I witnessed them driving aggressively in the school’s parking lot.

Drives like a complete jackass. Will pass you doing 85 then cut in front of you and slam on the breaks. Tried to go around to get off on my exit and lane checked me and almost swerved into me.

While driving on 101 South a white Prius tailgated me for going the speed limit and proceeded to speed in front of me and break check me multiple times. I eventually moved over but was able to get his license plate. He eventually sped off
