Gentleman was tailgating me in bumper to bumper traffic and honking his horn during rush hour on Route 22 heading North. Signaled for him to go around me which he did- watched as he cut off and recklessly switched lanes in front of other people. He cut me off getting onto an on-ramp for Truck 1-9 North and stopped in the middle of the on-ramp (I believe with the intention he wanted someone to come flying down the ramp and hit me).

I’ve been a victim of stalking, bullying, and harassment on the road. The neighbor and the co-workers stalk me when they see me driving and broadcast messages to their friends. Hence, they follow me in their cars to harass me by stopping extremely close at the intersection and tailgating or doing reckless things.
Story was because the guy who his family lost the bid on the property that we also bid, after lost, they hold the grudge and gang up with their friends, telling lie stories that I vandalized their car when they parked on my site of street, I a hater who chase those cars that modified and loud exhaust system when I see them, I am a snitchers report their subs up and modified vehicles to locale police, therefore they harassed me, everytime when they see me on driving, probably the asshole at work, who stalking me daily, everytime I go home, he alerted his friend

I was attempting to get off the highway onto Phillips Highway, checked all my mirrors and had my blinker on the whole time signaling I was trying to get over into the left most lane, and it was clear. All of a sudden, this Dark grey Honda Pilot comes flying out of nowhere about 60mph through a 45, and nearly hits my driver side. She could barely see over the steering wheel and was driving erratically like she didn’t know how to operate a motor vehicle.
