Cut me off and then proceeded to throw his hands up like oh well. After I threw my hands up at him he started imitating me and then brake checked me 4-6 times in a 3 minute span. He retrieved something from his back seat then proceeded to be on his phone at a green turn light. Absolutely no reason for this person to be on the roads
Driver was tailing me upon a slower freeway on-ramp. Used windshield wippers to see if they would back off but tailing continued. Once past the ramp they cut me off, and proceeded to block me on the two lane freeway by swerving and spraying the windshield wipers.

To Latino man, bald driving under the influence, weaving through lanes, being aggressive towards drivers and throwing beer, cans out the window. They were harassing drivers As they spread through the freeway and exited on Alvarado Niles Rd. They were blocking cars trying to merge into the exit and almost ran off a Honda behind me while they tried to merge into the exit lane.

Absolutely obnoxious and ignorant aggressive driver that tailgates and unnecessary honks at you incessantly. Pushy person that almost got us into a wreck twice by tailgating and honking at us while we were at a traffic stop waiting for all oncoming traffic to pass by before turning and was an ignorant trash can and honked and tail gated again after we had to slow down and let a car drive into a shopping center. Unpleasant driver and should have license taken away for childish and toxic behavior. They also seem to be operating a car without proper insurance and plates may also be stolen after doing an OSINT check on individual and cross reference through LE database.

The car was cutting people off (including us) without the use of signals and with limited space. This would cause for them to brake hard, which is especially dangerous on the interstate.

A white female, early to mid 20’s, with brown hair, was swerving in and out of traffic. Going super fast, making many people break very quickly. She was going extremely fast to get past people, and when people wouldn’t speed up, she would try and swerve into your car. She was riding people’s tail ends, and almost crashing into several cars including our own. When she got away from traffic, she would slow way down. Part of the time, she was too busy looking at different cars to flip them off for 30+ seconds, which caused her to swerve even more. She was driving wildly insane, and cars were being cut off. There wasn’t even quite enough room for her to get infront of cars, safely. She’s gonna get hit, or she’s going to hit someone.

Windows were tinted, so i could not see the driver they tailgated us from behind, then they went to fast lane and they were driving fast tailgated some other car in fast lane and cut off our car, as they went from the fast lane and went into our middle lane, cutting off to the point were their car barely fit in between and almost hit us…jumped to our lane, then swirved into slow lane and continuously cut off other cars, swirving in between traffic…very unsafe. Took a picture after they already cut us off.

Driver was tailgating cars going at or above the speed limit in a rural area (55 MPH, 40 MPH, 35 MPH). Aggressively passed in a passing zone, just inches from the back bumper of a family’s car, then swerved to cut them off, and immediately brake-checked them. Failed to yield at a traffic circle and did not pull over for three south-bound emergency vehicles, and continued to brake-check cars behind him on Main St., Alton.
