After cutting off a driver, she randomly stopped, got out of the car, and threw a drink at another car and proceeded to flip them off. Later on, she stopped again and threatened a driver with an object and continued flipping off traffic more before driving away.

For the third time in less than a month I’ve encountered this car on the road at the same exit/entrance ramp on I-88 on both the westbound and eastbound sides. Super aggressive driver, has to drive well over 90mph for how quickly they pass people, they tailgate incessantly and constantly flash brights even when cars cannot move over. If you try to change lanes but are not doing it fast enough for them, even if you’re already halfway into the other lane, they will floor it around you without even fully getting into the other lane and will almost sideswipe you in the process. I watch them do this to me and every other car they pass: tailgating, excessive speeding, swerving around, and cutting others off, including while trying to get onto the exit ramp on the highway. I don’t know the make because they’re going too fast to get a good look but I doubt it’ll be the last time I see them. I also don’t have a photo since I’m also driving every time I see them. The car isn’t as big as a ford explorer/expedition (the cop car model) but its definitely a 4-door SUV.

Aggressive driver tried to cut into a highway merge from the gore point, got upset that he couldn’t fit in front, then proceeded to road rage by spitting on, tailgating, and eventually throwing a ceramic mug at the car.

The driver was merging onto Peachtree Parkway and the car in front of him stopped. He felt like everyone should have moved out of his way and started flashing his brights, tailgating and weaving all over the lanes. Total road rager. He did this for over a mile and almost caused several accidents. Needs some mental health attention if not suspension of his license.

Driver (middle aged male) verbally assaulted & physically threatened me & my 10 year old daughter in a Target parking lot over a parking spot. Highly aggressive, highly agitated, & mentally unstable. He physically blocked us in with his car & waited to confront & scream at us. Please call 911 if you have an encounter with him. He has no bounds in traumatizing children.

I was doing going on an errand at Sam’s Club Pearl City. As I was about to park in my parking stall, a silver Honda Civic (Hawaii registration TJU759) decided to cut in front of me, drive slow, then park at the parking spot that I reserved. The two occupants in the vehicle didn’t go to Sam’s Club; why didn’t they just park at the upper level of the parking garage? Why park near Sam’s Club when you aren’t going there??? The driver is Lincoln Shibao who is employed at AT&T.

Driver: Driver was a tall, caucasian, individual with long blonde hair. Gender unclear, likely male. Age: 20-30.
Event: 9/5/24, 9:15am. When merging onto the I-10 Freeway West at the Venice Blvd. onramp, the car in the lane next to me refused to allow me to merge, dangerously swerving into my lane to block my path, forcing me to swerve to the shoulder of the onramp to avoid being hit. The driver then stopped their car, got out (blocking the full onramp), screamed obscenities at me, got back in their car, and sped off. When on the freeway, the driver swerved into the lane next to mine and then attempted to run me off the road by swerving back into my lane directly at my car. I was forced to swerve once again onto the shoulder of the freeway to avoid being struck. On the shoulder, I called 911 and filed a report with Highway Patrol. While stopped, I witnessed them attempting to strike two other cars while they were still in my line of sight. This violence was incredibly scary, as I am a small young female traveling alone, and I am scared that this driver will hurt others if they have not already done so.

Followed us so close down a road (we were already going 5 over) that if we tapped on your brakes he would’ve hit us . Proceeded to pull up next to us, scream at us through the window , and follow us down two lights while honking his horn the entirety of the time he was next to us.

Driver made an illegal left turn into traffic from the middle (no left turn) lane during a red light. He continued to speed down Jones Dr. and swerve around traffic without signaling. He continued to do this until I lost sight. I managed to catch up to him and snap a picture while he was stuck in traffic, at least before he continued to swerve and endanger others. I’m not 100% on the model of the car.
