We were on 355 north, getting ready to exit towards the Higgins/Golf exit. I put on my turn signal and began to merge into the exit lan after ensuring my blind spot was clear. In my rear view, I saw a black car coming up on us at a very high rate of speed (estimated over 100mph given how rapidly they were upon us, and we were doing the common speed still). The driver served around us, cutting us off while his passenger flicked is off, and once in front of us the driver threw what appeared to be an empty Red Bull can out the window backwards at us.

Ironically, they were immediately bogged down on the same line as us to turn onto Golf Rd., and we were about to get a photo at the light.

Road Rage Incident Summary – August 5, 2025 at Approximately 2:30 PM
Vehicle Involved: 2020 BMW X3, White SUV, Georgia tag CNU2961
Location: Eastbound on Old Norcross Road, approaching the intersection with Oakland Road NW.
While traveling on Old Norcross in the right lane of a two-lane road, I was approaching a red light at Oakland Road NW. A white BMW SUV, driven by a female motorist, approached from behind and attempted to enter the right-turn-only lane. Due to a vehicle in front of me, I was unable to move forward immediately.
Once the vehicle ahead advanced slightly, I also moved forward. The BMW driver then began honking aggressively and tried to inch her vehicle past me on the right, possibly making contact with my vehicle during the maneuver.
She pulled up beside me, opened her door, and began making obscene gestures while shouting profanities. She closed the door briefly, moved up a few inches then reopened it again. By this time, the light had turned green, but she remained stationary—continuing to yell and flip me off—which caused a bottleneck for other drivers trying to turn right.
One driver in the right lane was forced to swerve into the left lane to avoid the obstruction. I continued heading west on Old Norcross Road, while the BMW turned right onto Oakland Road NW.

He drove into our lane and cut us off, came from behind. we had to slam the brakes . I took my phone to record plates and he stopped made a U turn and drove behind us tailgated for couple minutes then drove to our left side along us and stopped when we were at a red, and he go when we go.. all while recording with his phone for several minutes long! Driver side window black tint. Unsafe driver , aggressive, reckless, not supposed to drive while using phone, then he made a U turn over the double yellow line and revved his engine real loud in his race car and sped off BMW I dunno what model the writing was a line on the back. young man, broke so many traffic rules. , BE CAREFUL!

This driver was going around 120 swerving through traffic, and slamming on their breaks when a car came in front of them. I luckily managed to take a picture as I saw it zooming up behind me I just couldn’t believe it. This person should not be on the road or atleast go to driving school to get some reeducation. It seemed like they were on something for how they were driving erratically.
