Won’t yield to right of way and held up traffic for 30 minutes

Woman is swerving into me & on the highway on 93 N. Tries to drive into me multiple times when switching over to 95N. She causes me to swerve on the highway, almost losing control.
We are on the exit to switch highways.
She cuts off the white solid lined merging area & drives to left lane. She didn’t expect me but in moments I was there next to her after merging legally & signaling to the left & I notice immediately that she is looking down at her phone screen. she sees me see her & she immediately flips me off. She is furious & I can see that this woman has no remorse as she speeds off even faster in the left lane going over 100mph. I follow her & at one point I became in ahead of her & she tried to go around me & cut me off. I stayed behind her & noticed that there was a sherrif van in the second lane & so she slows down drastically. I am now ahead of her but know she is there behind me in a rage as if I am just trying to get to my destination first. She angrily speeds up without signaling & switches to right & then left lane to cut me off. She continues this reckless driving, swerving out of her lane at times & finally gets off at exit 41. That is my usual exit & I would have continued to pursue this since this is where I actually live but I was en route to Beverly, just a few exits ahead to drop off a rent check to leasing office.

for the 5 minutes we were behind him, he was swerving in and out of lanes. he then was in front of a semi which was next to my car. he could have caused a wreck with us or the semi. He kept swerving and we finally pulled up next to him, instead of being behind him. and when we pulled over next to him he was rolling a blunt while driving and trying to smoke it. he is recklessly swerving and rolling a blunt while driving on 550.

I was driving in the right lane on a two-lane road. Driver begins tail-gating and aggressively honking. As soon as I noticed the tail-gating, I switched to the left lane. (It took a couple seconds because the left lane was crowded, and we were all going the same speed.) After I switched to left lane, driver brake checks me. I was prepared, but the car behind me wasn’t — they honked, and there was almost an accident.

Reckless driving for no reason other than to be spiteful. Driver acted as if they were going to turn at a red light, but then decided to gun it and go straight, but there is a lane merge immediately after the light. Driver cut me off in the left lane and caused me to cross the double yellow while hitting the brakes to avoid them. They then proceeded to go slow and continually throw up middle fingers (to which I obliged and returned). What was the point of all that? Just to be reckless, I guess, and take it out on others for their poor decisions about turning/merging.

Driver was doing 25 in a 35 on Bellevue Way. Deeply on his phone, several cars passed. The Driver then accelerated aggressively through traffic. Then proceeded to slow down and start a confrontation with other drivers. Followed to Starbucks to get his picture. Medium complexion 30YO Male with beard and mustache. Very Aggressive. Be careful.
