I have my signal on. I was getting ready to get over. Another car was passing. He is behind me. He decides to speed up as I’m trying to get over and then passes me and then gets back over to where he originally was.

There was a stop sign, and I was skating through, but he wasn’t checking both of his sides so he crossed the Stop line and nearly hit me. Meanwhile both the driver and the passenger laugh.

First acted super petty trying to pass me on a left turn, instead of turning into their correct lane.
So when they couldn’t pass and had to turn left (mind you there was plenty of space behind me) they decideed to ram into my left side and block me in. At first, when I saw their headlight popping into the tinest spot there was between me and the white van I honked. But they continued to literally try to run me over/merge into the left side of my car. I continued honking, and they eventually ended up in front of me because the van moved and I didn’t want my car to hit theirs (they were not worthy). And of course the whole time never signaled, only once they passed me. Acted it out almost like a scammer and glad I did not engage!
I didn’t get to take a picture of the plates that time. But I knew it was a black Chevy Equinox and had ‘”T”& “4” in the plates.
Second incident, literally exact same intersection but in reverse, they insert themselves into the double turning left lane, coming all the way from a right lane with incoming traffic. They make everyone slam on their brakes. But it’s the way they stopped right in front of me and then took the far left lane of the double turn because the line was shorter. That’s when I recognized them! Driving so erratic, recognizable from miles away. Karma will take care of them though!

The driver had been (given a heads up) flashed at by multiple people in the 5 or so miles that I was behind them to turn their lights on. This driver had no functional rear view mirror, no lights were turned on, they had a young child (6 or 7 years of age) in the back seat of their vehicle not restrained by a child seat it was also leaning forward in between the front seats. This driver was also on their phone scrolling through Facebook Messenger it appeared but none the less was not focused on driving. Just a heads up due to night sight on Google pixels the picture seems much brighter then it actually is.

Wreckeless driver without a care, continually passed on the right hand shoulder, darting in and out of traffic using the should as his/her own personal passing lane. Other drivers could not see driver’s small car approaching from the shoulder and were not expecting a car to be there startled several drivers causing other drivers to swerve to try to avoid collisions. Couldn’t read plate clearly, but was either 8mdx928 or 8mbx928. Small white Chevy car. Los Angeles 405 South just before Getty Center Drive. Driver was using the shoulder to pass on the exit ramp as well.
